Over weight creates many problems and basically its the root of health issue like obesity, liabilities etc. We can maintain our weight if we add few activities in our daily routine. We need walk daily for minimum 30 minutes and having a balanced diet and avoid eating excessive food as it results as fat in body and gain weight.
