After 3 days of quite some activity ad healthy eating I came to my first real tuesday recovery day. Since this is already my weekly family day it's a perfect timing to give my body some rest. Aside from the pain in mostly my upper body I did not really feel like I needed it. Next week after 6 days of work-outs it will likely be more needed.

I have clearly noticed that the 50 pull-up and 100 push up amount daily is too optimistic (at least right now), so I will lower those to 25 and 50. Everything else will stay the same. The muscle pain by now has become barable so I'll make sure to get on it today probably in the moring already after my run.

My sleep quality has improved a lot. I do sleep with my windows not covered which is probably one of the reasons why I'm up quite early. The next night I will try to make it as dark as possible hoping to get at least 8 hours of solid sleep in.

The good thing about making tuesday my recovery day is that there is little temptation for a relapse as I'm not home with too much time on my hands. I do also take the liberty to take a bath each tuesday moring.
