I'm 3 days into the month of June doing everything I set out to do and I already feel a big increase in energy. Especially the evening hot yoga session went way better compared to those on Saturday and Sunday. I will also continue to increase my run distance as days go by as I have no injury issues and quite easily do 20 minutes. The reps remain the hardest part as I seem to have pushed myself a bit too much on the first day. I don't really see the point of pushing trough the muscle pain and am mainly letting my body recover.
Right now my legs are the only body part that does not really hurt. Mostly my arms and shoulders feel really painfull still so I skipped on the push-ups and pull-ups and will likely decrease the amount on wednesday building it up more properly.

Since I'm so occupied doing all the work-outs, the easy part has been the healthy eating and staying away from time-wasting distractions. I love to test out new potato chips flavors whenever they come out and saw in a commercial yesterday that there is this new Spicy Mayo Super Chips that I really want to try out :) I'm already starting the debates in my head but will do what I can to resist the temptation.
