Hello Guys... Do you know this plant? Yes, this is Pepper. Although not native to Indonesia, but Pepper from Indonesia has become part of the history of the greatness of the nation. Even Aceh's relations have been built with Europe because of pepper. Pepper is basically a spice and called by the King of Spice. Aside from being a spice, it turns out pepper has many benefits, including:
### 1. Preventing cancer Piperine in pepper can potentially fight cancer when paired with turmeric. Pepper contains vitamin C, vitamin A, flavonoids, carotene and other antioxidants that help eliminate free radicals and protect the body from cancer and other diseases. ### 2. Preventing the flu According to the journal Stylecraze, pepper can stimulate mucus flow if you combined with the honey to obtain maximum benefits. Honey works as a natural cough suppressant.
