Everyone wants to live healthy. But there are many reasons not to start. From the reason there is no time, forget, to not enough cost to join the fitness center. Though healthy living does not need to spend a lot of money. Nor do you need to spend special time. What needs to be done is to first aim for a healthy life. Start with small activities, which actually make us healthy and fit. For example, always bring water in a large bottle wherever we go. Reduce the elevator or escalator ride, but replace it using a ladder. Adequate rest is also very necessary and reduces staying up late. The last is to avoid alcoholic and carbonated drinks and also not smoking.
