*I have seen several publications of #seven77 and I wanted to read a little more. And see what it was... And literally consists of mounting a video where you do some kind of exercise and repeat it 7 times. It is a wonderful challenge that inspires us to be healthy and move more! Thank you for this wonderful challenge @nathanmars* *Being pregnant does not prevent me from exercising. On the contrary, I must get me and exercise so that my baby and I are healthy. That's why I think it's great to be part of this challenge that will help us improve our health.*
