Talk about a piss poor display of effort... good grief, what a disappointment!!! Oh, Hey it’s you guys... my felllow Actifit gang/ Steemin’ homiez. Sorry I’ve been a little out of the game lately but trying to get back in the groove. You know that thing called life... ya it happens. Certain things in my life take priority over others. So yes, posting to the Blockchain isn’t the highest on my priority list. Hey can you blame me??? Wife, kids, garden, work, God, Family, not working out, picking my toe jam, cleaning my ears, brushing my teeth, maybe washing my hands, eating, eating, eating, farting, smelling farts, and finally cannonballs in the pool and throwing kids around in the pool. Did you catch that??? Ya I have been spending a lot of time on the pool enjoying the weather. But check this out.... ### Over 20k Steps! ###

I have been averaging close to this amount of steps everyday... even though I haven’t been working out in the mornings. (I have really got to get back in there!!!) As long as I stay busy and just keep on, keepin’ on— those steps are going to be piling up!! Until next time...
