Freewrite Day 599 Yoga

Nope. Yoga is not for me. I can trip and fall over air. I do something called “stretching.” I often stretch in bed or in a chair. It works for me. I’m not trying to be the most flexible 60 year old on the planet. I am just trying to stretch each joint in my body on most days. The last 48 hours or so have been big stretching times for me. I seem to have the same flu (or whatever) that I had in early May. This starts with a huge headache. I rarely get headaches, so it kind of startles me to have a severe one. I have zero pain killers here right now, so I decided to make an [adrenal cocktail](https://therootcauseprotocol.com/faq-adrenal-cocktail-recipes/) and lie down when this happened. The cocktail did actually help with the headache. And now I have been lying down for two days. I’m kind of going in and out of consciousness. Whenever I can do it, I am stretching in bed. About 12 hours ago I finally was able to post on STEEM and got share2steem posts out for all three blogs. Then I had to go out for food and especially water since I had none. That trip was so hard! I rested a good 20 times in a 1.5 hour trip that normally takes 30 minutes. I just went to the closest places for food and water here in my condo and not outside the gate. I don’t know if I would have made it if I tried to go that far. After this trip for water, I slept another 6 hours! I feel like I have turned the corner now and need to get my strength back. So I will work, keep drinking, keep stretching and add some strength moves as I can do them. I can sit at the computer for about an hour at a time now, and then go back to sleep for however long. My photo is from my time in Coronado California. I did this Yoga on the Beach maybe 10 times when I was losing weight. I fell over at least once each time, but at least the soft sand was forgiving.
