I am not really sure how I got all of these steps today. Today was just an average day. - morning workout (arms) - stealing extra steps by going the long way back to my desk - morning and afternoon laps around the office parking lot - moving at home to be with family Being active does not have to be an exotic, unattainable goal. It can be an everyday event. But tomorrow is going to be awesome. Lots of activity, steps, and fun. And lots of pictures. Stay tuned! Another way to burn calories? Laughing!
