Wednesday was a rainy day. So my tennis was canceled and I didn't go on a bike ride. Instead of that I was looking for a job and at the end of the day I already got a call for an appointment for a research job. It's at the end of August, so I still have to wait. After the job hunt I went to my parents to eat with them, so I completed my social goals. And in the evening I watched some Netflix. So the day was alright. I would give it 6/10. I could do better when I also did some more data science and when I hit the gym. But going to the gym is still not happening. I enjoy bike rides, playing tennis and running more than being in the gym. But since I past 30 years of age I need to go to keep my bones and posture healthy. So the minimal is to go at least twice a week for a full body training. Then my exercise week program looks a little bit like: gym 2 times, bike ride 2 times, tennis 2 times and one day running... Sounds good to me!
