6,598 Reps From 9 Steemians After 18 Days - The Steem Daily 100 Rep Fitness Challenge - 50 Push-ups & 50 Squats - Days 18 & 19

Accountability is doing your reps when the blockchain is down. I did my 100 on Sunday and 100 on Monday. No excuses. I was glad to have rested on Friday and Saturday to be energized for the home run derby and to play 9 innings of baseball on Sunday. I played 6 innings at second base, pitched 1, and was catcher for 2. I did very well. ### Days 17 & 18: 400 reps from 3 Steemians who completed the challenge (all unable to post/reply with Steem down). ### Let's grow this healthy community now by spreading the word and contributing some reps. When I space my reps out during the day/night, the push-ups are a breeze. I do feel the squats, but not nearly as much as when I started. I'm looking into buying a bar to do hanging back rows on to get some "pull" exercises in on this challenge soon.
